Job Title: Software Engineering Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Microservice Architecture: Our ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing microservice-based architecture, ensuring seamless communication between services.
  • Fault Tolerance: Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and multiple implementation strategies for making systems fault-tolerant is essential.
  • 4G/5G Protocols: Experience with multiple management protocols in 4G and 5G networks is required.
  • 5G NSA & SA Architecture: Understanding of 5G New Radio (NR) and Standalone (SA) architecture, including their functions and features, is necessary.
  • DevOps Framework: Familiarity with DevOps practices and knowledge of multiple test and development tools is expected.
  • A strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • The ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
