As a Fractional HR professional, you will partner with fast-growing e-commerce startups to build HR processes from the ground up. This strategic part-time/consulting role focuses on ensuring compliance, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving HR best practices in a dynamic startup environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with the organization's growth trajectory.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding.
- Design employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set up performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
- Manage HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Guide senior leadership teams on organizational design and talent strategy.
- Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.
- Provide strategic HR insights for scaling the workforce while maintaining agility.
The ideal candidate has an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification, 7–12 years' experience in HR, and strong exposure to startups or e-commerce. They should have proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations, hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
