
Senior Brand Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our brand alliances and partnerships efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partner brands, ensuring seamless execution of all partnership activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Onboarding: Oversee the complete onboarding process for new partner brands, from initial discussion to final go-live, ensuring timely and efficient execution across all relevant checkpoints.
- Brand Servicing & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner brands, providing prompt and effective communication, support, and relationship management to ensure long-term retention.
- Strategic Alliances: Identify, evaluate, and forge new strategic alliances that align with our organization's growth strategy, driving revenue and business expansion.
- API Integration Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal tech teams and partner brand tech teams to ensure smooth and timely API integration, testing, and deployment.
- Commercial Structuring: Drive commercial negotiations, close partnership deals, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms, ensuring optimal revenue growth and profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless contract closure, pricing validation, campaign rollout, and post-launch support.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partner brand performance metrics, sharing insights and proposing strategies for optimization and growth.
- Minimum 7 years of experience: In brand partnerships, servicing, and onboarding, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding: Of API integrations, tech coordination workflows, and project management principles.
- Proven experience: In handling end-to-end partner lifecycle management, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a focus on partnership development and management.
- Industry expertise: Experience in fintech, digital rewards, e-commerce, Marketplace platforms, and Gift card & loyalty programs is highly desirable.
