Designation: Jr. Brand Partnerships & Influencer Manager

Job Location: Bangalore

Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm (5 days working)

MUST HAVES:

  • Worked in influencer marketing & brand partnership roles for 5 years minimum
  • Extensive knowledge of digital media platforms and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Robust organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to balance analytical & creative thinking

Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with the brand's values and objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Track and analyse the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness and engagement.
  • Should measure and track KPIs and tweak the strategy basis that month on month.
  • Should be adept at handling large-scale influencer campaigns across platforms- Insta, YouTube & LinkedIn
  • Create & manage the Ambassador Program, & devise new programs to work with creators and external influential parties
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies to keep the brand at the forefront.

Brand Partnerships:


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for brand partnerships.


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners within the D2C industry.


• Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's brand partnership portfolio.
