Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled User Interface Designer to lead the development of user-centered interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in human-computer interaction, visual design, and technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Research: Conduct research to understand user behavior and preferences through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Information Architecture: Organize content in a way that is easy for users to find and navigate through menus, tabs, and search functionality.
  • Visual Design: Apply visual design principles to create visually appealing interfaces that are consistent with our brand identity.
  • Interaction Design: Design interactive elements that respond to user input such as buttons, forms, and dropdown menus.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Working understanding of data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • 3-5 years experience designing complex dashboards, data visualization systems, and real-time analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
