**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to join our organization. This role involves designing intuitive and engaging experiences, facilitating workshops to gather requirements, and presenting design solutions to senior stakeholders with clear reasoning.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Apply design thinking methodologies to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business and user needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements, ideate solutions, and validate outcomes.
  • Presentation of design concepts and decisions confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders, supported by clear rationale and user insights.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.
  • Utilize tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping platforms to effectively communicate design ideas and deliverables.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in UX design (enterprise, product, or digital solutions).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping techniques.
  • Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, processes, and usability standards.
  • Research Expertise: Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
