Senior UI Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior User Interface Designer to lead the visual and interaction design of digital experiences.

This is a critical role in shaping customer digital interactions, bringing together aesthetic excellence, usability, and brand expression.

The successful candidate will work closely with UX designers, researchers, and product teams to turn insights and wireframes into polished designs that engage users and elevate customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are responsive, accessible, and visually compelling.
  • Translate wireframes and strategic insights into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect designs are intuitive and grounded in real user behaviors and expectations.

Design Systems & Scalability:

  • Contribute to and help evolve design systems, components, and visual standards to ensure consistency across experiences and teams.
  • Define and maintain design tokens and primitives as the foundation for scalable, consistent UI across platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and QA UI designs with precision, ensuring the final product meets design intent.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with UX designers, researchers, content designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine and improve UI design.

Customer-Centered Design:

  • Design beautiful and functional experiences that deliver clarity, delight, and confidence at every step of the user journey.
  • Incorporate accessibility best practices and inclusive design into every interface and component.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in UI, visual, or product design, with a strong portfolio of digital products.
  • Expertise in modern UI design tools and interaction prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design for mobile-first environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on enterprise-scale platforms or high-volume digital customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with front-end development practices or close collaboration with dev teams.
