Our team is looking for a talented Product Designer to help us create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs that simplify workflows and enhance the experience of healthcare and service organizations.

This role will allow you to contribute to the design and usability of an innovative AI platform in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch.
  • Participate in user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions and inform future iterations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and team input to ensure the final product meets business goals and user needs.
  • Deliver high-fidelity visual designs and design assets that ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all product touch points.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration.
  • Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable, reusable components.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with product and engineering teams on a fast-paced schedule.
