As a Senior Inside Sales Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding potential students through their learning journey by offering customized solutions from our portfolio of certification and degree programs.

This role requires a highly skilled sales professional who can effectively counsel students on available online programs offered by prestigious institutions. You will engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and chat to understand their professional background, aspirations, and challenges.

You will provide personalized program recommendations, drive sales conversions by handling objections, building rapport, and guiding students through the enrollment process. A customer-centric approach is essential to ensure a positive student experience from the first contact to enrollment.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with current campaigns and program offerings. Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets requires disciplined follow-up and relationship management.

To succeed in this role, you must stay updated on industry trends, new programs, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and compelling information. Maintaining detailed records of student interactions in CRM software ensures timely and accurate reporting.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in hardcore inside sales, preferably in the EdTech sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong counselling and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound leads and close deals efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
