About the Role

Cloudhew.com is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with Cloudhew's offerings.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B Application development, Data, AI/ML and cloud services sales.

Key Responsibilities

·      Proactively reach out to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social channels.

·      Qualify prospects based on their business needs, budget, and decision-making process.

·      Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Cloudhew's solutions and accelerators.

·      Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

·      Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM system.

·      Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·      Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      2–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Application development, Data, AI/ML and cloud services

·      B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science or IT related fields.

·      Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead qualifications, and pipeline management.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics365, Zoho).

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·      Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.

·      Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

·      Technical Experience with basic coding skills.

·      Familiarity with sales automation tools and data enrichment platforms.

·      Prior experience in a startup or high-growth tech company.
