
Inside Sales Specialist

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and qualifying leads across Semiconductor, Automotive, Medical Devices, and High-Tech industries.
Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads through a mix of outbound activities and inbound follow-ups.
You will research target accounts, engage decision-makers, and initiate meaningful conversations that drive interest and opportunity.
You'll collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to build a robust pipeline, improve outreach strategies, and ensure a seamless lead-to-demo conversion process.
Key Responsibilities: Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach.
Follow up promptly on inbound leads to qualify and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Research and profile target accounts to identify key stakeholders and develop tailored outreach strategies.
Understand customer needs and clearly communicate the business value of our solutions.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, driving them to scheduled demos and discovery calls.
Conduct market research to identify new industry segments and prospect opportunities.
Keep CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) up to date with accurate lead and account data.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align on messaging and improve lead quality.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics and conversion goals.
Qualifications: 4–7 years of inside sales experience in engineering services (preferred) or B2 B Saa S companies.
Strong communication skills with a data-driven, go-getter attitude.
Bachelor's in engineering or MBA (preferred: ECE, ICE, EEE).
