We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Handle incoming leads and inquiries via calls
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling.
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Update CRM with accurate and complete lead/customer details.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
~6 months–4 years of B2C inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech or a similar industry.
~ Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
~ Familiarity with CRM tools - Salesforce is a plus.
