Beauty Training Specialist

This role is responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging curriculum & SOPs for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, VM basics, and claims guardrails
  • Develop multi-format content: decks, playbooks, 2-min videos, role-plays, quizzes (Hindi/English)
  • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions; field coaching and roadshows; monthly masterclasses
  • Partner with NPD/R&D to translate INCI & benefits into accurate demos; ensure compliant claims
  • Set up LMS/trackers; publish training calendar; report impact with dashboards
  • Conduct store audits & side-by-sides; fix basics (grooming, demo ritual, replenishment cues)
  • Hire/manage regional trainers; onboard channel trainers; manage external academies/vendors
  • Oversee training budget and vendor SLAs

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years in beauty/personal-care retail training; led pan-India TTT programs
  • Strong grasp of makeup & skincare; able to explain INCI and shade science simply
  • Bilingual: Hindi & English; confident facilitator and on-camera presenter
  • Data-driven; advanced Sheets/Excel; familiar with LMS
  • Flexibility to work weekends/launches; high travel comfort
  • Plus: MT/EBO experience, cosmetology certification, basic VM
