Job Summary

As a Women Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized workout programs, conducting one-on-one and group training sessions, and motivating members to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Your role will be to provide expert guidance with a focus on safety, effectiveness, and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized training programs for female members
  • Lead one-on-one training sessions and group fitness classes
  • Guide clients on proper form, posture, and exercise techniques to prevent injury
  • Motivate and inspire women members to achieve their fitness and wellness goals
  • Provide basic guidance on nutrition and lifestyle to complement fitness routines
  • Track and monitor client progress, adjusting programs as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and positive training environment
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and training methods
  • Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Certified Fitness Trainer from a recognized institution (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent preferred)
  • Prior experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor (1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, and cardio exercises
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about women's fitness and empowering clients
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate or relevant certification in fitness/sports science
