Job Summary

Lead and motivate teams in operational excellence to deliver outstanding events, exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for all banquet and catering functions.
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to achieve seamless event execution.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient event logistics.
  • Monitor quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor staff in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B operations.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive efficiencies through effective resource allocation.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
  • Nurture client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
  • Analyze operational metrics and feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, décor, AV, and event needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering.
  • Proven expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of delivering premium events and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Proficient with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
