Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Skylar Consultancy. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and poise, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize communication scripts when handling various topics, providing clear and concise information to customers.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Leverage opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is required.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota is highly valued.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is beneficial.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • High school degree is the minimum educational requirement, with graduation from college or higher education preferred.
