Job Title: Management and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced management and support specialist to join our team. As a management and support specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track part level supplies and configuration changes
  • Drive assembly support and localization efforts
  • Assist the regional sales team and distributor team in start-of-production activities at new international locations
  • Monitor and improve productivity, output, and electricity consumption
  • Closure of IRU chronic issues and reporting to senior leadership
  • Interact with government bodies such as customs offices
  • Work closely with EBU business partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for timely dispatch of assembly facilities
  • Prepare for upscaled or virtual presence by focusing on virtual training and conferences
  • Develop SOPs, ebooks, and ready reckoners for IC in case of virtual mode working

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational qualifications: Graduate degree in any stream or branch
  • Essential skills: Sound understanding of data analytics, marketing process, sales process, creative thinking, analytical skills, and ability to present ideas clearly
  • Desired qualifications: Engg-Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Electronics Communication Engineering
  • Preferred institution: Any premier institute
