
Digital Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Champion to join our team. This role requires 2-6 years of experience in business development/client acquisition within a digital marketing agency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing client acquisition strategies using various outreach channels, managing the full sales cycle, and building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
In this role, you will lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches, and build long-term trust. You will also work closely with the delivery teams for smooth project handovers and share feedback from prospects to enhance our offerings and pitches.
To succeed in this role, you will need a track record of proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance, and digital marketing). You should be familiar with multiple outreach channels, have strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills, and hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (tech knowledge is a plus).

- Key Responsibilities:
