About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex technical projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.

You will be responsible for managing project teams, defining project scope, creating timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress to meet delivery milestones. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between the technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product and software engineering projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools
  • Experience working with technical teams, understanding of system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Hands-on experience in building/working with generative AI products
