Customer Support Internship Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to provide top-notch customer service and support to clients in a dynamic environment.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Phone Calls and Voicemails: Respond to direct calls, return calls, and respond to voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers.
  3. Patient Record-Keeping: Record patient information in practice software and verify insurance documents.
  4. Billing and Insurance: Submit billing information to billing providers and handle administrative functions to support the clinic.
  5. Communication: Coordinate telephone communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers, utilizing a follow-up system to assure care.
  6. Scripted Callbacks: Utilize scripted callbacks to relay messages from licensed professionals.
  7. Medical History: Obtain patients' medical history and previous test results.
  8. Documentation: Document results and patient information in appropriate systems.
  9. Authorizations: Schedule and obtain authorizations for diagnostic tests at physicians' requests.
  10. Additional Duties: Handle other duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:
  • English Proficiency (Spoken and Written)
  • MS-Office
