
Prospect Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Prospect Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment products and be able to identify, connect with, and qualify high net worth individual prospects.
About the RoleThe Prospect Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals, and building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. They will also conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their investment appetite and suitability, educate them about our real estate fund structure, benefits, and value proposition, and schedule meetings for senior wealth managers or investment advisors to close opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to high net worth individual clients interested in real estate investments, generate leads through various channels, and build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Client Engagement: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their investment goals and objectives, educate them about our real estate fund, and schedule meetings for senior wealth managers or investment advisors to close opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on wealth management, investment, and real estate trends to identify opportunities and research high net worth individual investor behavior and preferences to tailor outreach.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in our CRM system, provide weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline movement, and work closely with our business development and fundraising teams to achieve targets.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
- Exposure to high net worth client acquisition (experience in real estate or investment funds is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, persistent, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
