Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Specialist to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for identifying accounting issues, documenting facts and findings, and discussing them with senior/Assistant Managers.

Your key responsibilities will include working on various auditing projects, providing a review of work product and performance, servicing multiple client engagements simultaneously, developing one-on-one relationships with US-based audit leads, ensuring accurate and timely reports are sent to clients, driving quality project deliverables, participating in Training and Development to hone skills of peers and self, building internal auditing systems and ensuring their correct application, ensuring organization compliance with current legislation and best practices, verifying company financial information, preparing audit reports and statements for review, and answering client audit queries in good time.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills.
  • Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges.
