We are seeking an exceptional Executive/Assistant Manager to lead our international demand and distribution planning initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining accurate export demand forecasts, conducting thorough risk assessments, and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure efficient material allocation and healthy inventory levels.

  • Develop and maintain precise export demand forecasts for international markets.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Plan and optimize international distribution strategies to ensure efficient material allocation and minimize inventory levels.
  • Prominently prepare, verify, and manage all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Monitor and proactively manage aged inventory, identifying opportunities to reduce it significantly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Utilize ERP system (SAP preferable) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint to analyze data and make informed decisions.

A strong understanding of supply chain management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential requirements for this role.
