Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgeting and forecasting processes, performing financial analysis, and providing financial reports and insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Oversee cash flow and variance analysis

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Accounting (CA) required
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in banking or fintech
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis
  • Proficient in financial systems and tools, such as Excel and ERP
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
