Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading AOP exercises, conducting monthly and quarterly reviews, and analyzing data to meet the needs of senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in cost reduction initiatives, projections, funding options, and banking relationships. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including consultants, tax experts, and advocates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead AOP exercises and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews
  • Analyze data to meet the needs of senior management
  • Develop cost reduction initiatives and review at corporate level
  • Projections, funding options, new investor, new bankers, banking relationship at Mumbai
  • Liaise with various consultants, tax experts, advocates
  • Cost sharing, cost allocation between group companies, TP - control, Intra group transactions
  • Designing Policies, procedures, SOPs for accounting and finance/accounting operations
  • Working Capital control at entity level including cash flow
  • Evaluation of different and newer business models from various operational, logistics, accounting, tax angles
  • Financial Authority Matrix adherence and review

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
  • Postgraduate degree in Chartered Accountancy (CA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
