Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to drive sales growth.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding customer requirements.
  • Hand over qualified leads to the sales team to close sales.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C Sales or Retail Sales, preferably in the Automotive industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Two Wheeler Sales.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
