**Job Title:** Studio Operations Manager

Our studio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily studio operations, including planning, scheduling, and executing e-commerce/catalog shoots and brand campaigns.
  • Lead and manage the studio photography team and post-production editing team, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring smooth handoffs between production and post-production.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, track deliverables, and ensure they meet deadlines and quality benchmarks for post-production services.
  • Establish and maintain efficient workflows to reduce shoot-to-upload time for e-commerce assets.
  • Conduct on-set checks for brand consistency in photography and styling, and oversee post-production QC - retouching, color correction, and final output approvals.
Candidate Profile:
  • 8+ years' experience in studio or production operations, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or e-commerce.
  • A proven track record of team leadership across production and post-production functions.
  • Strong vendor management skills with experience in high-volume, multi-vendor environments.
  • Expertise in workflow optimization and throughput improvement.
