Role Overview
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for introducing and explaining our product to potential customers via outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make proactive calls to generate leads and book appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on generated leads to ensure customer satisfaction and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is an advantage.
