Community Outreach Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage our co-working space and foster a vibrant community.

This is a full-time on-site role where you'll be responsible for coordinating events, managing member relationships, ensuring smooth operations of the space, and promoting our values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and organize events that bring members together and showcase our unique mix of design and technology.
  • Member Engagement: Foster strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Space Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Culture Promotion: Promote our values and culture through various initiatives, reinforcing our brand identity.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with members, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Event Planning Experience: Have experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a community or customer-facing role.
  • Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Conflict Resolution: Show ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining a positive and respectful environment.
  • Digital Marketing: Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
