Customer Care Leadership Opportunity

A challenging role is available for a Customer Care Manager to lead our customer service efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing technical complaints of vehicles and rectifying defects.
  • Maintaining internet-based warranty processes.
  • Implementing service processes at partners.
  • Developing secondary channels for spare parts sales.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Training service managers on best practices.
  • Providing special support for strategic customers with partners.
  • Ensuring execution of spare parts orders by all partners.
  • Managing spare parts inventory and guarantee services.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service management.
