Strategic Collections Lead

The Strategic Collections Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through the optimization of collections processes.

  • Collections Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance recoveries, minimize delinquencies, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Spearhead the collections team, fostering performance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Risk & Compliance: Monitor risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while mitigating potential issues.
  • Data Analytics & MIS Reporting: Leverage data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and report key metrics to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to align collections strategy with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine collections processes, implementing automation and best practices to boost efficiency and performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in collections strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
