Job Responsibilities

As a Research Manager, you will lead our work in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute real-world evidence studies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing research strategy through collaborative efforts with internal teams to drive operational research, health technology assessments, and dissemination of findings to support strategic objectives.
  • Supporting evidence generation aligned with business priorities by designing relevant research questions and conceptualizing/ implementing real-world evidence studies.
  • Managing research projects to investigate the effectiveness of our products in real-world settings, ensuring high-quality data collection and timely delivery of results.
  • Disseminating generated evidence to stakeholders through publications and conference presentations, as well as delivering relevant materials for Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions.
  • Engaging with external partners and experts to execute monitoring and evaluation activities corresponding to grant project outcomes.
  • Establishing SOPs for project management of research activities and setting up processes for successful tracking and execution of research studies and projects.
