IT Service Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Specialist to join our team.

  • Achieve successful implementation and management of IT service management solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
About This Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform for IT Operations Management (ITOM) related modules.

  • Capture business requirements through demonstrations and workshops.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop user stories, configurations, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop custom solutions as required through scripting and software development.
  • Create high-level design (HLD), architecture designs, and technical documentation as specified.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in IT software development, custom app development, and minimum 5 years in ServiceNow implementations, system integrations, and development of ITOM.
  • Hands-on developer experience in scripting, unit testing of NOW platform features, System Integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Expert knowledge on configuring CMDB, CSDM model, configure Discovery, Service Mappings with Impact, Root Cause Analysis.
  • Deep understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and ability to integrate with third-party applications, data sources.
