Product Operations Role

About Us:

We are a next-gen Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform that enables IT and security teams to discover identities and applications, streamline access management, and automate access reviews—all from a single, intuitive interface.

About the Product Operations Role:

  • You will work closely with other members of the product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to help build a customer-centric product and scalable product operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs, and work with customer-facing teams to increase customer adoption.
  • Identify new opportunities for growing the product, scope out product requirements and work on collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
  • Support the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that can elevate customer experience.
  • Test & release product features by coordinating with the QA team
  • Analyse product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

What We Expect From You:

  • Prior experience in product development work, doing market research and opportunity mapping.
  • Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written media.
  • Prior software/web development experience and working with the Agile Scrum framework.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • Good to have: Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes
