Job Opportunity: Lead Global Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading AI company as Head of HR, responsible for leading global talent acquisition and onboarding across tech, product, GTM, and operations functions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will develop and execute the company's HR strategy aligned with business goals and scaling needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance management, career development, and learning programs
  • Lead talent acquisition and onboarding efforts across multiple geographies
  • Build and maintain a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations in the US, EMEA, and India

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-13 years of progressive HR experience
  • Leadership roles in high-growth tech or SaaS companies
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple geographies
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements in the US, EMEA, and India
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
  • Passion for people, culture, and building scalable, high-performance organizations
