We are seeking an accomplished Director of Human Resources to spearhead our HR function in India.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with global priorities focused on employee lifecycle management.
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational structures, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Drive leadership and employee development programs, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with local laws.
- Lead change management initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and agility.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace environment.
- Collaborate with regional centers of excellence to oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, reward, and retention strategies.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and global standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with minimum 7 years of management experience in India supporting commercial functions, shared services organizations, or global capability centers.
- Proven success in scaling HR operations in global or matrixed organizations, preferably in biotech, life sciences, or tech.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships, consult at managerial levels, and oversee professional development.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
