HR Operations Director
About The Job:We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our team at the forefront of human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Source and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Training: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
- Payroll: Manage payroll processes, including attendance and leave records, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, and Employee Relations skills.
- Experience in payroll management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor an HR team.
- Experience in preparing and submitting HR reports, including attrition analysis, employee headcount, and other workforce metrics.
