We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Head to establish and scale our sourcing vertical. As a leader, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through strategic partnerships with key channel partners, corporate tie-ups, and alternative channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an effective organizational structure for the sourcing team
  • Create incentive frameworks aligned with sales goals for channel partners
  • Promote engagement with top-tier channel partners and institutional partners for business activation
  • Lead the hiring, mentoring, and development of sourcing managers/executives
  • D drive channel partner engagement through targeted events, training programs, and digital platforms
  • Analyze and report on channel contribution metrics (visits, bookings, revenue)
Key Deliverables:
  • Establish a high-performing sourcing team within 6 months
  • Achieve 50–70% sales contribution from channel partners (Ahmedabad benchmark)
  • Build a robust pipeline of corporate partnerships
  • Implement a structured meeting/event calendar for channel partners

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, an MBA or graduate degree, and at least 12 years of real estate sales experience. A minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in channel/sourcing roles is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of scaling channel-driven sales, excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
