Job Title: Store Manager-DTC

Key Deliverables:
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with established standards, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Drive store revenue growth and maintain operational efficiency by tracking transactions, optimizing budgets, and implementing loss prevention measures.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience by resolving issues promptly and ensuring knowledgeable assistance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, enabling informed decisions on store performance and improvement areas.
  • Prepare stores for formal launches and manage transitions during refits or conversions.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide store staff to ensure effective performance management, coaching, and training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align store initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing customer-centric processes and upholding service excellence.
  • Ensure inventory control, coordinate with supply chain for product availability, and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Maintain a secure store environment through effective implementation of safety and asset protection measures.
