Sales and Business Development Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth in our Sales department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing existing channels, and developing relationships with architects, consultants, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets as per Annual Business Plan (ABP) and manage debtor effectively.
- Manage existing channels, appoint new channels or accounts, and hand-hold these accounts to generate consistent business.
- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, and project managers to acquire new business opportunities.
- Monitor competition, provide insights to the reporting manager, and collaborate to implement suitable strategies.
- Foster growth by enhancing business share from channels, customers, and influencers.
- Provide sales product training to channel partners.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts.
