Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and oversee the implementation of cooking oil TPM, hygiene processes, pest control, and product temperature management during transit to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Analyze customer complaints using root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions in collaboration with operations and culinary teams to prevent recurrence.
  3. Conduct regular sampling of raw and packaging materials to verify label and specification compliance, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety requirements.
  4. Lead audits across kitchens, warehouses, points of distribution (PODs), suppliers, and support third-party and authority inspections to maintain a high level of food safety and quality assurance.

Role Requirements:

  1. Coordinate product validation, shelf-life checks, and process training for new brand launches to ensure seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and conduct training programs on food safety, process control, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) based on audit findings to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  3. Review supplier processes for problematic stock-keeping units (SKUs) and ensure that corrective actions are implemented to prevent non-conformities.
  4. Track audit findings, collaborate with stakeholders for non-conformance closure, and maintain accurate documentation to facilitate continuous improvement.
