Senior Food Quality Assurance Professional: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Food Quality Assurance Professional to oversee the quality of our food products according to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management System Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Management System that ensures compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies, including Nepal DFTQC and local government regulations.
- Conduct regular tests on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure their quality meets industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records for two-way traceability of all products from raw materials to consumers.
- Implement calibration programs for equipment and ensure storage conditions meet industry standards.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of experience in food technology.
- Experience in implementing and reviewing Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
- Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements and regulations.
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with quality control software.
