Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. This position involves working on Quarterly Engagement Acceptance and Continuance Testing, which includes reviewing engagement processes, issuing reports, and communicating results to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and at least one year of experience in quality assurance or a similar field.
This role requires analyzing data, identifying root causes, and providing recommendations for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of compliance aspects and be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Review engagement acceptance and continuance processes
- Issue reports on completion of quarterly testing
- Communicate results to stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify root causes
- Provide recommendations for improvement
- Incorporate findings into the Quality and Compliance Dashboard
- Develop firm-wide communications and training programs based on issues noted
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least one year of experience in quality assurance or a similar field (for semi-qualified CS candidates)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
