Quality Assurance Expert Opportunity

• We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to quality standards and have experience in delivering high-quality results.
• The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and performing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Solutions to identified deliverable problems will be suggested by the Quality Assurance Specialist and they will also assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs.
• The Quality Assurance Specialist will analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirements.
• Product quality will be investigated by the Quality Assurance Specialist to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with production team to achieve better results.
• Inspection procedures will be developed or updated by the Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper documentation and tracking of issues.
• Risk-management procedures will be monitored by the Quality Assurance Specialist and they will maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and discuss mitigations with the production team.
• Company quality assurance standards will be interpreted, built upon, and complied with by the Quality Assurance Specialist.
• Quality data will be collected by the Quality Assurance Specialist by maintaining issues and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
• Quality assurance activities will be documented by the Quality Assurance Specialist with internal reporting and audits.
• Reports and metrics will be prepared and presented by the Quality Assurance Specialist to Senior Management.
• Continuous improvement projects will be overseen by the Quality Assurance Specialist to develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all services offered to the customer.
• Continuing learning/exploration on new solutions, technology, and skills will be pursued by the Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ year experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or related field preferred
• Proficiency in reviewing content in multiple languages, including Asian and European languages
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
• Ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Effective time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
• Professional certification in Quality Assurance desired
• Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation beneficial
