Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to join our team.

In this role, you will be making outbound calls to warm leads, following a script, and scheduling consultation calls.

  • Place a high volume of outbound calls each day using an automated system.
  • Follow scripts to explain basic information and book appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in performance coaching.
  • Collaborate with your team lead to ensure quality and consistency.
Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Excellent spoken English and phone etiquette.
  • Call center or BPO experience is preferred.
  • A strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with customer service or outbound calling environments.
