Overview of the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and human resources activities within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Processes: Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- New Employee Orientations: Conduct new employee orientations and ensure proper onboarding processes.
- Administrative Staff Management: Oversee administrative staff and coordinate their activities to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Coordinate and manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Policies and Procedures Development: Develop and implement office policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Meetings and Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Correspondence and Record Keeping: Handle correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping.
- Budgeting and Expense Tracking: Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations.
- Employee Records Management: Manage employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
