- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not necessary.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as hospitality or business administration.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
