About the Role

The Service Desk Analyst plays a vital part in our organization's IT infrastructure, providing expert support to engineers and ensuring seamless issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging and tracking IT issues through various channels until resolution is achieved.
  • Maintaining warranty call trackers and guaranteeing SLA compliance.
  • Generating comprehensive management reports, including daily open calls, summary reports, CSAT reports, printer/projector reports, AMC tracker reports, MIS reports, and monthly service desk presentations.
  • Collaborating with vendors for supply chain efficiency and procuring hardware quotations.
  • Evaluating the performance of engineers and assessing AMC partners' service quality.

Requirements

To succeed as a Service Desk Analyst, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, accompanied by excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
