
Employee Health and Benefits Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our existing clients and develop new business opportunities in the area of Employee Health and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study client portfolios and provide consulting services to mitigate risks.
- Conduct gap analysis on existing policies, suggest better terms, and negotiate with insurers.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals for client presentations and assist clients with strategy development.
- Engage with clients for Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews.
- Coordinate with other teams to explore portfolio-level growth opportunities.
- Interact with insurance markets to source best solutions.
- Ensure documentation and policy issuance adhere to Service Level Agreements discussed.
- Renewal tracking and timely reminders for premium payment.
- Provide continuous assistance with claims queries.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills with experience as an elected leader.
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and networking skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or related field.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain knowledge preferred.
- Max experience 10 years.
- Compensation range competitive.
