Contract Advisory Specialist

As a key member of the business operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to various teams in contract review, negotiation, and closure. This includes participating in high-stakes negotiations with customers and vendors to ensure seamless contract execution and risk identification.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead global procurement efforts for vendor contracts on the legal front, encompassing MSAs, SLAs, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, data privacy agreements, EULAs, channel partner agreements, NDAs, SOWs, order forms, and global RFPs.
- Collaborate with external Legal Counsels on specific matters.
- Proactively identify critical issues and risks during negotiations and escalate them to senior management.
- Develop and maintain template agreements and refine contract processes and forms.
- Assist in other legal matters as requested.
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Preferred experience as an in-house counsel in an IT company.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to comprehend and communicate technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work with a high sense of urgency across multiple projects.
